HVAC DIRECTOR
Rita brings commercial experience together with emotional intelligence, communication and behavioural-pattern support. Her work helps individuals and organisations understand what is happening beneath a challenge and respond with greater clarity.
Vanita brings experience across life sciences, project delivery, stakeholder communication, neuroscience and coaching. She combines an understanding of people with practical insight into how complex work is organised and delivered.
Peter brings practical experience across HVAC, engineering leadership, technical delivery and operational environments. His perspective strengthens RV’s understanding of specialist roles, technical teams and the realities of work on the ground.
